1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Verification

Dormant Account Policy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ba8880 may apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts where a positive balance exists, as permitted by applicable platform policy. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ba8880 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion at the time of offer. Wagering Requirements

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

ba8880 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ba8880 will notify registered players via email to the address held on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform prior to the effective date.

Account Closure by Player

Prior to closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method. Account Suspension or Closure by ba8880

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language and shall be interpreted and governed accordingly. In the event of any dispute between you and ba8880 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, ba8880 encourages players to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint.

ba8880 operates a formal complaints procedure and will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be escalated through ba8880's internal dispute resolution process, the outcome of which will be communicated to the player in writing.
